I think this is a cut down version of a much longer post, where the original poster put a completely different setup for one of the countries (I can’t remember which one), and that post was meant to be a dig at one of them. But then, loads of people replied to that, giving examples of how wrong that person was, and ended up with a list like this instead, showing how awesome cultural exchange is.
